|HeartWare to Present at the 2011 Bank of America Merrill Lynch Health Care Conference|

(NASDAQ: HTWR - ASX: HIN), a leading innovator of less invasive, miniaturized circulatory support technologies that are revolutionizing the treatment of advanced heart failure, today announced that CEO Doug Godshall is scheduled to make an investor presentation at the Bank of America Merrill Lynch Health Care Conference at 10:40 a.m. Pacific Time (1:40 p.m. ET) on Tuesday, May 10, 2011. The conference is being held May 10-12, 2011 at the Encore at Wynn in Las Vegas.
